Shirodhara & Shiro Abhyanga - Head Massage with oil dripping
Shirodhara massage originates from India over 5000 years ago. It is based on the ancient principles of Ayurvedic medicine. Shiro means head and dhara means to flow.It involves the warm and consistent flow of aromatic oils on the forehead, specifically on the ‘third eye’. The oils flow from the 3rd eye over the scalp and through the hair, creating a blissful sensation.

Herbal oils used in this therapy balance Doshas, aids in hair and scalp problems as well as strengthens hair roots and improves hair condition, thus making your hair healthy and lustrous. It brings calmness, improves sleep and you feel rested.
