We meet once per week for 1.5 hours for 12 weeks: Each meeting consist of Follow up on the prior week, make any necessary changes to meet your maximum goal. 1 Ayurvedic treatment (Shirodhara, Thakadhara, Abhyanga, Bastis, Marma) depending on your needs. Nasya & Ear Oil will be including in all treatments if desired On your 13th Visits (90 days) - We will do a follow up consultation to see the over all.
